returns & refunds.

Any return requests should be emailed to info@huskcups.co.uk

 

All website purchases can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You must notify us of a return request within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the order was fulfilled correctly.

Trade order returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery. After this returns may not be accepted.

 

Your item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

 

 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping costs plus any additional return shipping costs that HUSK UK pays if a pick-up return is arranged on behalf of the customer.

Coffee returns are only accepted if the product is faulty, and if requested within a reasonable time scale due to the item having a use by date.
